Charming room with great ambiance, but the wifi was spotty.

Impeccably clean hotel in a unique building near the Central Park, and the square of activity. Really friendly personnel and incredible and stunning location anywhere in the city center. Again, walking distance to a collegiate church.

Location, equipment
Beds too small. No shower, sink drain broken. Service a little bored. Room to the street extremely noisy. No aircondition. Restaurant not open and no recommendation received.

Clean accommodations with a quaint French vibe and comfortable beds. Conveniently located near the town square.
Rooms on the ground floor offer less privacy due to visibility from outside, and thin walls allow sounds from other rooms to carry, impacting overall comfort. Some decor, particularly in the bathrooms, veers towards being inappropriate.

Good location to the old town.
Lack of parking.

Excellent location, very central and yet quiet, originally furnished room, large shower, large bathroom, nice staff.
The toilet was poorly vented.

The staff were helpful in providing
Directions and recommendations for wine tasting. The cozy atmosphere and well-decorated interiors were nice, though navigating the stairs with luggage was a bit cumbersome. I highly recommend it for its charm and location.

Couldn't recommend more for a fleeting pause
Charming atmosphere, comfortable beds, with a lovely selection of local pastries, homemade jams, and a convenient location offering easy access to the Burgundy Wine Route for those looking to explore the area.
Nothing could be improved.

Great location
Breakfast, worst coffee for years, better to visit one of the nice cafes in the area. Room smelled like a toilet.

Very good location, directly in the center. The rooms were not big, but very attractively furnished. Nice bathroom, but unfortunately without shower, only bathtub. Breakfast is good, value for money is good

The staff were warm and cute, made me feel right at home.
One downside was that the shower pressure in the room was low, making it difficult to enjoy a comfortable shower.

Wonderfully close to centre and local sites. Great restaurant (not worth looking at other local ones)
Parking is a problem. We were there on a sunday night so could parl locally for free. If in high season I reckon reservation of space at hotel (limited) is worth while tho' expensive.

I arrived before check-in and the front desk employee was quick to take care of my bags so I could go out and explore. Without being asked, he gave me a map of Beaune and explained right away where I was located and what was in the area.

An interesting old buidling in the center of the historic district. Location was great. Staff were very nice and helpful which is very important and many spoke English very well. They had valet parking so we did not have to struggle with on street parking which is very difficult. Great shopping and restaurants close to the hotel.
No elevator and we had a room on the 3rd floor. Narrow halls that made it difficult to carry travel bags to the room. Rooms were very small and very simple, but is was clean. Walls are very thin between rooms. Ok for one or two nights. If you have difficulty with stairs, this not the place to stay. No shower.
